Professional Mental Health, Care & English Language Training

 

We deliver MHFA-aligned mental health awareness, wellbeing, safeguarding, and English language training for professionals working with children, families, and vulnerable adults.

Our training supports organisations to create safer, more confident, and more supportive environments by strengthening communication, awareness, and practical response skills.

Training is delivered online and in community settings by experienced, professional facilitators.

MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING COURSES

 

1. Mental Health Awareness (Foundation)

Length:

• 3 hours (half-day)
• Split delivery: 2 x 90-minute sessions

Best for:

• Schools
• Care staff
• Volunteers
• Frontline workers

CPD: 3 hours


2. Mental Health First Response (MHFA-Aligned)

Length:

• 4 hours (full day)
• Split delivery: 2 x 2-hour sessions

Best for:

• Care homes
• Schools and colleges
• Community services
• Non-clinical NHS teams

CPD: 4 hours

This is MHFA-aligned training and is not an accredited MHFA England course.


3. Supporting People in Distress

Length:

• 2–3 hours

Best for:

• Pastoral staff
• Care workers
• Community teams

CPD: 2–3 hours


4. Stress, Burnout & Chronic Stress in Care Roles

Length:

• 2 hours
• Extendable to 3 hours for leadership teams

Best for:

• Care staff
• NHS support teams
• Education staff

5. Trauma-Informed Awareness

Length:

• 3 hours
• Optional split: 2 x 90-minute sessions

8. English for Health & Social Care Settings

PRICING (GUIDELINE)

Pricing is per course, not per person.

• 2-hour session: £450–£600
• 3-hour session: £550–£750
• 4-hour session: £750–£1,200

Final pricing may vary depending on delivery format, group size, and commissioning requirements.
